Becoming Wilder
The Regulated Eater Course

The Regulated Eater

The Regulated Eater is a 12-week container where you don't just learn tools: you build a personal map of your nervous system, your parts, and your patterns with food.

So you can navigate yourself, not just during these 12 weeks, but for the rest of your life

What's Inside

12 weeks of guided regulation

Week 1 of 12

Welcome & Safety Foundations

The Regulated Eater is not a diet

It's a trauma-informed, nervous-system-led approach to nourishment, designed to help you feel safe enough to eat, rest, and live again.

You'll learn how stress, trauma, and survival responses shape your cravings, digestion, and hunger.

And you'll rebuild a calmer, steadier rhythm with food — one rooted in safety, not self-control.

This is just what I need- take me there

This is a 12-week container, not a 12-week healing timeline.

Nothing in your system changes on a schedule. These twelve weeks are simply a guided beginning: a structured space to learn, practice, and understand your parts, your nervous system, and your relationship with food. You're not meant to "finish healing" here. You're meant to begin in a held, supported, intentional way. The work you start in this container will naturally continue long after the twelve weeks are over, and you'll have options to stay supported in whatever way feels right for your system.

Let's begin

12 weeks of guided video and written lessons

What You Leave With:

You don't leave with just insight or progress, you leave with a map of YOU.
  • • How your nervous system responds to stress, food, emotions, and life
  • • Which parts of you take over (and why)
  • • What your early signals of dysregulation actually feel like
  • • What brings you back, in your body, not in theory

This becomes something you carry with you, so when life gets hard again (because it will), you don't fall back to square one.

You know what's happening.
You know what to do.
And you know how to come back.

Why The Regulated Eater?

Why The Regulated Eater

I wasn't always regulated around food. I used to binge and purge and lived in a cycle of control during the day and collapse at night. I thought something was wrong with me and that I just needed more discipline, more willpower or more rules.

I studied nutrition and worked for traditional nutrition and weight-loss spaces, where the focus was on plans, habits, and external change.

This aligned with what I felt I needed and in some ways, it helped. People followed the plans and their body changes and temporarily, their mindset too.

But over time I kept noticing something deeper: food (and often exercise) had become the place where everything got managed.

  • • If someone felt anxious, they blamed sugar.
  • • If they felt heavy or tired, they blamed carbs.
  • • If they felt lonely, rejected, or overwhelmed, they blamed their body or their discipline.
  • • If work was stressful or a relationship felt off, the story became "I just need to eat better," or "I need to train harder."

Food and movement became the language the nervous system used to make sense of everything. Not because people were obsessed or vain or out of control but because food and exercise were the only levers their systems trusted to regulate stress, emotion, and internal chaos.

So of course people thought their body was the problem! Of course they thought food was the issue! That was the only place they had learned to look.

That's when I began to understand that the problem was never really the food or the body. It was a nervous system that didn't yet feel safe, and didn't yet have other ways to cope.

So I stopped teaching people how to control their bodies and started teaching them how to listen to their bodies. I trained as a somatic therapist so I could understand what was really happening beneath the surface, not just what we eat, but why we eat the way we do. How the body stores survival responses, how the nervous system drives food behaviors and how regulation changes everything!

That's how The Regulated Eater was born. A place where nutrition meets nervous system regulation and food becomes:

  • • something you don't have to think about all the time
  • • one form of nourishment among many instead of the only way to cope
  • • a support for your body, not a place to put all the blame

I built this for younger me, the version of me who was desperate to stop fighting her body, who wanted one place that finally made sense, who needed compassion instead of control, and regulation instead of shame.

Everything I wish I had back then, is all here now.

If willpower worked, it would have worked by now.
