Last Updated: January 19, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using becomingwilder.co (the "Site") and our services, including The Regulated Eater course and 1:1 therapy sessions (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept all responsibility for activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Services Description
The Regulated Eater Course
Access to the online course is granted upon successful payment. Course content is released progressively based on a weekly schedule from your enrollment date. You receive lifetime access to course materials, subject to these Terms.
1:1 Therapy Sessions
Individual therapy sessions are scheduled separately through our booking system. Sessions are conducted online via video conferencing. Payment is required prior to each session.
5. Important Service Disclaimers
Not Medical or Crisis Services
The Services provided are for educational and therapeutic support purposes only and do not replace medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. We do not provide crisis intervention services.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or are at immediate risk of harm, please contact your local emergency services (911 in the US, 112 in the EU) or a crisis hotline immediately.
Scope of Services
- Services are trauma-informed somatic therapy and integrative nutrition support
- These are therapeutic services, not medical treatment
- Course materials are educational resources and self-help tools
- Bilateral processing offered is inspired by EMDR principles but is not formal EMDR therapy
Concurrent Therapy
If you are currently working with another therapist, you should not start 1:1 therapy with us without first discussing it with your current clinician. Concurrent therapeutic relationships can be counterproductive and may complicate care. You may take The Regulated Eater course while working with another therapist, but please inform your clinician as appropriate.
Work with nutritionists, coaches, or allied professionals can be complementary. We encourage coordination with your other practitioners where appropriate and with your consent.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from our Services. Progress varies by individual and depends on many factors including your engagement, life circumstances, and clinical need.
If we identify concerns beyond our scope (e.g., severe psychiatric disorders, active suicidal ideation, psychosis, or complex medical issues), we will discuss referrals to appropriate mental health or medical professionals.
6. Payments and Billing
Payment Terms
Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital course purchases or completed therapy sessions.
Cancellation Policy for Therapy Sessions
Therapy session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or missed sessions without adequate notice are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session cost.
7. User Content and Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Upload viruses or malicious code

8. Intellectual Property
All content provided through the Services, including videos, written materials, images, and other creative works, is owned by Becoming Wilder or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any course content without our express written permission.
9. Confidentiality and Recordkeeping
Information shared during 1:1 therapy sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, including:
- Imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
- Child or vulnerable person protection concerns
- Court orders or legal requirements
Electronic Communication: Please note that electronic communication (including email, text, and online sessions) has inherent privacy limits. While we use secure platforms, no electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Records: We store minimal records for clinical purposes. Specifics regarding data storage and retention will be provided in the informed consent and privacy policy.
10. Telehealth Specifics
Online therapy sessions are conducted via secure video platform (Zoom). By participating in telehealth services, you agree to:
- Ensure you are in a private, safe, and distraction-free environment during sessions
- Have a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video equipment
- Be located in a place where you feel safe and can speak freely
If a session is disrupted due to technical issues or safety concerns, we will pause and reschedule as needed. You are responsible for ensuring your environment is appropriate for therapy.
Text Support Response Time: For tier packages that include text support, between Monday and Friday, we will do our best to respond within 24 hours. Please note that text support is not for crisis situations or urgent concerns.
11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the claim.
